Stayed here for five nights - the first night we were woken by noisy upstairs neighbours and the staff moved us the next day with a minimum of fuss. Olissippo Lapa Palace is located in a quiet neighborhood of embassies/diplomatic residences. Fantastic! A palace. All you'd expect of a 5* hotel, plus several lovely additional details. There is a strange mixture because the building looks old and classic but the guest rooms are modern and spacious but fitted with luxurious marble etc. A perfect combination.
