This group of people make visitors feel so welcome - they really make an effort to include everyone in activities and cook regularly for all the guests. Really sociable place. The building itself is also quite beautiful, the only criticism is that the rooms can get a bit cold in winter, but most Portuguese buildings seem to be the same!

One of the best hostels I've been to. Never felt this much at home. The dinners that are cooked most nights are great. It's very clean, the staff is very tidy. The staff really wants you to have a good time.
