As a coeliac, the restaurant is very important and following excellent service at Vincci Palace in Valencia, we booked Vinccio Baixa in Lisbon. From arriving at reception to leaving the staff and service were excellent, friendly and helpful and all the staff appear to be enjoying their job. A first class service and very good hotel chain.
