Very close to the city center - 5 minutes walking, so it's well located. The buiding was an hospital built in 1842, but renewed, while keeping its original traces. Rooms are very spacious, modern, nice and clean. The central area is now for the restaurant, with plenty of light. Breakfast was good, as expected.

The facilities were excellent. We loved the outdoor pool and area. The frontdesk and bar staff were professional and very helpful. We were able to walk to see the sights of Viseu with ease. We did seem to have a bit of a challenge to find a place to have a nice dinner but overall we were happy with everything.

We just spent 3 great nights in a superior room with a balcony and city views. The room was spacious, modern and spotless. The huge central court of this converted hospital functions as bar, lounge and restaurant creating a grand sense of open space (but small children seem fond of the echo effect). Very nice hotel, city center. all in a few minutes walking from the hotel (restaurants, Places of Interests, nightlife,...) What could be improved: Parking access directly from the hotel, and internet should be free The breakfast is good, for an hotel with this standing, should be better. In the rooms, only electrical plugs available at the desk....
