We stayed at the jardim in august 2010. The previews did say that if you had difficulty with mobility that it wasnt suitable, however even the fittest of people may have problems with this hotel, not only its location, which is situated at the top of an extremely steep and very slippery hill ( I fell several times), but the... more

The greeting at the Jardim Hotel was very poor with a particular morning recptionist ignoring us whilst we stood at reception waiting to be dealt with whilst she carried on with her work.
