Where to start hotel staff was not helpful what so ever the hotel was pretty much empty i asked to move rooms for 3 days they did not move me and a friend our room backed on to an alley way with barking dogs all day and night we only got about a hour sleep per night because of this.... More

we stayed at the neptuno apts in sept a couple of repairs needed doing when we went in to apartment. it was sorted next day.spotlessly clean staff very helpful. perfect location for everything. only negative thing bathroom could do with updating. would recomend neptuno for young and old.

We had a one bedroomed apartment on the first floor. The apartment was spacious but furniture was tatty and uncomfortable to use. Some kitchen cupboards didnt open and there was not enough glasses, cups etc. There was alot of noise from the apartment above us and we could hear people just walking around in their apartment. Booked a quiet 2 bedroom apartment which was confirmed in Feb 2009. When we arrived we were shown to a noisy one bed apartment, which faced on to a busy street and was positioned directly over the foyer which had chimes that "bing bonged" every time anyone entered or exited ie. almost constantly throughout the day up till 12 midnight.... stayed at neptuno,rooms were big but basic.the location was fantastic 2mins from beach and 5 mins to old town square.pool area was never crowded and was clean.reception were very friendly and helpful.would stay there again as after all we ate out every night and only used rooms to sleep
