Martine and Peter are excellent hosts and made us feel comfortable from the outset. The breakfast was delicious and Martine ensured that we felt at home and made our stay memorable with added extra touches. The location is excellent if travelling by train and Ypres is an interesting pace to use as a base for WW1 excursions. Outstanding all round.
