We spent three nights there. Very helpful staff, lovely, friendly lady who runs the breakfast room. Helpful with parking, restaurants, where to go, etc. I have stayed at another excellent hotel in Bruges before. It will be a tough decision the next time. The location here, while not perfect, is very convenient to the old city center.

We stayed for three nights at this lovely, friendly hotel. We had a clean and comfortable room on the second floor. The hotel's location is very good. It's a 10-minute walk from the rail station and close to the city centre too. Christophe and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful answering questions, making calls to confirm tours, recommending restaurants for great meals. Our room was on the street but the double windows kept it very quiet. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was plentiful. Overall a perfect place to fall asleep at the end of a very bust day of sightseeing.
