We had a toilet issue, ie it wont flush, reception advised that it might be repaired the next day but was told that if the problem persisted we could not change to another room as they were fully booked. From the minute we arrived the staff were helpful. The hotel has a great location and was a delight to stay in. The room we had was pretty. The lounge and dining room however were breathtaking. Take afternoon tea in the latter, curl up with a book in the former.... It was a wonderful place. More

Stayed there with my husband and loved the canal facing room we had. Hotel is on a quiet lane yet close to all the main sights of Bruges, shops and restaurants. Lovely, cozy bar and breakfast room.
