Stayed here for 3 nights. Room had a great view overlooking the market courtyard. Only a 2 minute walk from the grand square and right inside the old town. Walking distance from Brussels central station. The hotel staff and the general atmosphere is a little cold. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Breakfast provided is sufficient. Great value... Beautiful well located hotel right in the middle of everything. Rooms were lovely and beds so comfy. We got really good rate and free breakfast which was excellent. A really good choice of foods and only negative was miserable waiter telling us off for making own waffle. It should have a clear sign stating to ask a staff member for... More

First time to Brussels but won't be my last. This hotel is central to everything both the railway station and bus tour are only literally a few minutes away. The grand place with all it's beautiful buildings and cafes and night lighting in the square after ten are spectacular and not to be missed. Brussels spoils you for food from... More

We stayed for 4 nights (two rooms) in January and, having booked a place further down the road that was supposed to be a 3 star, we moved to the Best Western which was a palace in comparison! The rooms were large (having come from staying in the tiny Paris hotels) and comfortable, although could do with a bit more... More

The hotel itself is just beside the train station, in the center of Bruxelles, near all main attractions. We had a very big room, clean. Free wifi. There is a business center with 2 computers near the reception or Internet, but they were both defect. Breakfast ok.

We stayed here for four nights in February 2013 as a valentine getaway. We arrived at the hotel late at night and after booking in we went up to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell which smelt like sewage. After enduring a first night in the room and then realising the shower did not work... More

Very expensive hotel for the facilities offered. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The staff although not rude were not friendly either. The furniture in the room was ready for renewal and was of travel lodge quality. The pillows were thin and lumpy and needed to be renewed. The bath towels were thin and hard and... More

Just back from Brussels and stayed at this hotel. We were given room 606 - right at the very top, after requesting a quiet room. The room was split into a sitting area and bedroom area - plenty of space. Views were fantastic looking in the direction of Grand Place, and high enough to be protected from the noise (One... More

My stay was un-eventful and the hotel had nothing to be memorable for, excepting an outrageous price for WLAN access, that was also received (in some rooms) for free from the nearest Ibis hotel. The hotel is well located in the downtown, close to railway station/metro stop, but compared with neary hotels (eg Ibis), it may be on the over-priced... More

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Although the room was nicely appointed, the bed was low and felt as if it were on its last legs - not ideal for anybody with a bad back. When I was there, room service was not available - because they did not have the staff to cover this option. No tea-making facilities... More
