If you're looking for something very central and not too expensive, I can truly recommend this place. Having been to several hotels in Brussels, ranging from the very basic to the very expensive, I can honestly say this one offers the best value for money I've ever come across. True to its name, the hotel has a warm, unpretentious atmosphere... More

Charming-full small hotel, very well located. No rush, have your breakfast looking at the square. Metro station a few meters away, there are plenty of restaurants for every taste, everything is a step by. Carefully decorated spacious rooms that to make us to return. Value for money is very good. After staying 3 nights at White Hotel, I liked this 'Welcome Hotel' even more!!! The room was comparatively small... but the Mr receiptionist was a friendly guy. My room was ''Kenya'' on 2nd floor with very ''Africa'' style and Warm decorations. This hotel is absolutely a good pick in Brussels !!! More

We stayed at this hotel 1 night and absolutely loved it! We got the Tahiti room. Staff (Mr Mark) was very friendly and helpful. In ther morning we talked to another lady (sorry I didn't get her name) and she was also very very helpful. Everyone in Brussels was wonderful. Beautiful city to visit. Breakfast at the hotel was nice,... More

This superb hotel is set on the beautiful St Catherine’s square, conveniently 10/15 meters from the Metro entrance (Sainte Catherine/Sint Katelijne Line 1 and Line 5). Firstly the welcome was warm, friendly and informative. The gentleman who checked me in and showed me to the suite was fantastic offering super service. The suite was simply out of this world. I... Stayed in the India & Tahiti room which are both pleasant and fun especially when you could pop in & out the little stores at the x'mas market all night or restaurants nearby but nothing compared to the lovely owner who offered to drive us to the train station at 5.30am in case the taxis did not show up.. Would... More

My husband and I stayed in the Istanbul room in this hotel for two nights near the end of November. Everything in the room and the bathroom was in theme. We loved the unique nature of the hotel and our room. The location was great and we walked everywhere we wanted to see in central Brussels. Unfortunately we left two... More

Booked hotel after reading reviews from tripadvisor and was not disappointed. Booked the two suites Silk & Egyptian which the children loved - spacious, clean with many amusing (Sarcophagus) and luxurious (jacuzzi) details - the themed rooms were a real hit! Hotel overlooked the Christmas market and was within easy walking distance of the Grand Place. Plenty of good restaurants... More

As others have said, very friendly hotel. I had booked a deluxe room, but discovered I was in the standard Japan room and all deluxe rooms were booked. The manager apologised, said he had a solution, ran across the square to see the owner, and came back to say we had been upgraded to the Silk Road suite. The suite... More

We stayed for 3 nights in August, 2011, in the Marrakesh Room, one of about 17 custom-designed country-themed rooms. The decor was as wonderful as it was amusing - a mural of a Bedouin with a gun on a camel graces one wall. The beds were oooh so comfortable, the room was spotless and the bathroom was gorgeous and very,... More
