The hotel is located in close vicinity from the Central railway station, not around the corner, but at the comfortable walking distance. Grand Place, restaurants, shops and other attractions are also very close. The area just around the hotel is nice, somehow cleaner and quieter than the one around Grand Place. Friendly, helpful staff. Neat, modern, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Only just outside the centre and a short walk from the Grand Place and Manneken Pis. Not the cheapest, but all in all a great find. I will stay there again.

The Novotel was a great choice for us. The rooms were large, modern, comfortable and the bathroom was very good with a rain shower. Very friendly and helpful receptionist, barman and waiters. Good view from Executive rooms on the 7th floor over the city. Nice Decaf and normal coffee Nespresso complementary in the room. Would definitely consider this hotel again. Nice little good fresh fish restaurant around the corner.

Having stayed at this hotel as well as their sister hotel near to Grand Place, I do prefer this one. Excellent location as its only 3-4 minutes walk from Grand Place; had no problems with the staff; rooms fine.
