I found the room very "cold" but warm & descent. I asked for a higher floor with view & I got one. I didn't have breakfast but I had coffee which was very good. The service was almost bad because all 3 employees that I talked to where very cold, almost hostile. The lobby needs refurbishing, very old fashioned.

Visited this Hotel in November 2011 with my Brother in Law. We went to the Famous Colour Canary Exhibition in Mechelen. This year November 2013 we are going again. This Hotel is well situated near to the Groat Market with plenty of Bars and Resturants to choose from. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Mechelen.

This hotel is at a great location but it is having an amateurish ambiance. Stayed here for one night, price / quality ratio is fantastic, room is clean and modern, and warm (it was snowing outside), check in was fast, efficient and pleasant, with staff giving advice on where to shop, eat and drink in the town centre. Highly recommended.

Booked Hotel as we were visiting some relatives who lived out of Mechelen. This is a terrible hotel with non existent customer service our room was tiny as was the bathroom, if you arrive late you will find there is no receptionist and the hotel will be locked and in darkness, breakfast isn't worth having, find somewhere else to stay.
