Excellent Hotel, reasonable price and just near the Raiway Station. Could do with more plugs as every one has phones, laptops and tablets which need charging. Short on storage if staying more than overnight. I would use this hotel again next time I am in Leiden

Brandnew, clean, perfect beds but noisy: waterpipes - you can hear the showers all thru the hotel. Not isolated at all and esp. when guests are checking out early you hear the showers all night. No streetnoise.

Though the hotel was fairly good, the menu in the restaurant was very limited and the TV in the room lacked English language channels (apart from news). The room also lacked coffee making facilities. Kettles were supposed to be available on request, but we had to wait 24 hours before one was available.
