Modern room, every day cleaned, friendly staff, lots of magazines in the room, near to Vondelpark and Rijksmuseum but city centre and station is a 20 and 40 minutes walk or a tram-ride (stop is nearby) Would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel (lovely room) in a brilliant location. However I want to bring two things to the attention of the hotel management. The telephone did not work and the standard of house keeping was sub optimal. I have been a restaurant manager for 30 years and worked in hotels as well as restaurants for that period. eg dust in corners,... More

“NO... Do not stay here unless it is really cheap.”

It takes quite something for me to say bad... but I had to complain so many times during my stay that it actually deserves it this time. We got there, we were told to enter through the restaurant with all the luggge (avoiding tables and people having lunch) once inside they told us to enter through the other door, again... More
