Maes B&B is incredible. This was my second stay, and I'll be back again. The location near the Jordaan can't be beat. This is the only place to stay during King's Day next year. It's right in the middle of the action, and it's an easy walk to the train station and all tourist attractions. The rooms are updated and... More

We spent 3 nights at this very nice B&B in the heart of Amsterdam. For us, a family of four with two teenagers, this was a much better choice than a typical hotel. There were two large kitchens available to all guests for independent cooking. The breakfast served was nice, and we would like to recommend this B&B to anyone... More

My mother and I stayed in this great B&B in a basement room with twin beds. So many things were excellent about this B&B. Firstly, the location is perfect, situated within walking distance of Central station in the lovely Jordaan district, close to the major attractions. Our room was modern and spotlessly clean, with comfy beds. The bathroom was big,... More

You are made to feel right at home..........safe, clean, superb in every way! Typical Dutch narrow stairways, so travel light! Within walking distance to transport lines, Centraal Station, Farmers Market, Anne Frank House, etc., etc., etc. Would stay there again if ever we are back in Amsterdam!

This bed and breakfast on a quiet street is so perfect for a stay while exploring Amsterdam. You can walk from the train station or take a tram. It is located in the Jordaan neighborhood . We needed a space for three people, and this was perfect. We had a large sitting room with Tv and separate bedroom with 2... More

Excellent place to stay when in Amsterdam....the hospitality is great...the position with a wonderful view right in the center of the city but in a very quiet corner.... and the most delicious breakfast served with great care. All amenities available from a dishwasher to a clothes drier. Definitely recommended especially for long stays.

I have just returned from Maes B&B in Amsterdam and cannot praise it enough. The bedroom and bathroom that we had were impeccable. All fixtures and fittings very modern and everything scrupulously clean. The visitors lounge and kitchen contained everything that you would need for your stay. Free use of kettle, microwave, fridge, telephone and computer. The breakfast delightful and... More

Highly recommend this B&B. It's quaint and cozy in the perfect location with perfect hosts. The house was quiet, beautifully decorated and had lots of architectural character. Our hosts were quite sociable and knowledgeable sharing good conversation and tips during a wonderful breakfast. The location was walking distance to most anything in the city. The price was quite reasonable. Maes... More

We stayed four nights at 95 Singel, which is a beautiful canal house recently restored to a very high standard yet retaining it's gorgeous character. Everywhere was scrupulously clean. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and Vlad was an excellent host. The breakfasts were superb with various local breads and croissants, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, cake, yoghurt, cereal etc.... More

Herenstraat 26 is well located in an up-market and quiet area of old Amsterdam, with most places of interest being within easy reach on foot. Tram and canal services are excellent where needed. Parking in the area is a real problem, and best overcome by leaving your car in a Park+Ride. We found the B&B's suggestion of using P+R Zeeburg... More
