A lovely little hotel, after reading reviews before we went we expected a hovel! Its not the ritz but what do people expect for the price. Its is in a central area but still quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it.

Housed in a building dating from 1660 and perched on the canal side it was obviously going to be narrow. However the staff were great, spoke English well and understood our humour. I am very pleasantly surprised by the hotel. After all bad reviews that we have read, we didn't know what to expect. But the hotel is really nice, clean and the location is great. Everything is in walking distance. Staff is also nice and helpful. Thank you people, hope to stay there again soon.

Great location in easy walking distance of all the main Amsterdam attractions and lovely and quiet! Great bars nearby and close to Rembrant Square for restaurants.
