Good service hotel right in the hearth of the city and close to Central Station (walking distance) Service you expect in Swissotel although the rooms are a bit smaller and not the great wellness you find in other swissotels. But..... Its location right at the main city square is fabulous!

An unbelievable experience. This is one of the nicest places I have stayed. The staff is very friendly, helpful and makes your stay enjoyable. A perfect location and transportation is just a few steps away. This is my third stay at this hotel and will return!

Location, location , location perfect! Had a great stay with a teenage granddaughter .. We walked to Anne Frank House , canal cruise , endless shopping,and took easy tram ride to the museums. Very comfortable room and very secure! Would highly recommend!

Swissotel was a wonderful surprise and exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic if you want to be at the center of the action. Rooms were simple, basic, clean and comfortable. We were very impressed with the service provided by staff in the reception. They were very diligent and helpful with all of our needs.

This hotel is comfortable and well-run. It is classy and effortless but not stiff or overly formal. The location is convenient for business and leisure, with a two minute tram ride to Central Station and two direct trams to the Museum Quarter. Typically Swiss really.

The room which I have got first was too noisy (trum and noise from street), and I have complained and changed to quiet room. The room was quiet and we had a good night sleep.
