We enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel, has everything you need. Staff friendly and helpful. Very good location on Dam Square. Excessively priced internet but they have a business centre with three computers and printer which was handy. Can hear other guests coming and going and cleaners in the morning - rooms could be better soundproofed.

I've stayed here twice, last time being about 2 years ago.
The hotel is in a brilliant location. You're near everything!
Rooms are clean and very modern, the beds are one of the comfiest I've slept in. Housekeeping very efficient as well. Front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Room service is also recommended.
