Shabby rooms, not renovated for decades, elevator 4 has a filthy carpet and scratched doors, inexperienced staff (perhaps trainees?) and too expensive for what they have to offer.
The so called "free wi-fi" is misleading advertising as what you get is so slow that many pages time out before they load (128 Kbps) but, of course for "only" 10 Euro...
