This is a great hotel... the staff "ALL OF THEM" WERE GREAT. Doreen, Luke, and Luka to name a few were very helpful and knowledgeable. Renovated in the last few years the rooms are comfortable, though in Swiss tradition the bed duvets are too small to cover a singe adult - and don't even try for 2. This hotel is located very close to the train station and tram stop and thus makes getting around Zurich a breeze. My room was large, comfortable and modern with excellent hi speed wi fi. Next (50 mts) to the first train station coming from the airport, it's an excellent option for a business meeting gathering people from different swiss or european locations. Some floors have not been renovated yet and if you get one of those, you see the older style that used to be the hotel...! But location is good, views are excellent if you're lucky. I've spent many nights in this hotel and would recommend it. More
