I stayed here on business in June of 2011. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Accommodations are good. Prices are pretty high, but that is typical in Zurich. The location is within walking distance to the Bahnhoff and other cool downtown locations. I didn't rate the fitness center as I just ran outside. More

It is a nice hotel with all the amenities. The only problem was the beds. Both mattresses in my room had not been changed in years.
