I stayed in this hotel with my parents for a week.. it was a great hotel with great service... very clean and the location was very, very convenient.. the staff was very helpful, particularly helpful was a young Intern called Jessy... ask for him and he will make sure you have a 5-star treatment.. I recommend it.

I stayed at the Hotel au Lac for four nights while on a business trip. The staff were friendly, the room very clean, and the breakfast good. The location - 20 seconds from the Metro 2 line - is unbeatable. Would definitely recommend to other visitors to Lausanne.
