Very very friendly and helpful staff; good food, room well cleaned, but a bit dated dated but not an issue. Only improvement suggested is a more frequent shuttle service - hotel is up a small hill from main train bus to tram - 7-10 min walk up - painful in ski boots, not a problem at all in street shoes....
