Family-owned hotel next to the mountains! Wonderful. We stayed there only for a night. We were warmly greeted by the staff upon arrival. Our room was large, airy, had a patio and a great view of the mountains.The beds were comfy and we had a fan! The hotel was close to the train station and an easy walk.

Stayed here with friends visiting us. We had double superior rooms. Rooms were very big, clean and excellent balconies with Matterhorn views. I would recommend this hotel for many reasons. Firstly it was close to the train station (less than 5 minutes walk) and easy to find. Secondly the room was very spacious and with large bathroom. Great location - opposite Sunnegga Express which takes you up into the mountains for a fantastic days skiing! From here you can access all areas - saves taking the bus to other lifts, plus, there's not that long a wait at Sunnegga. Hotel rooms are very spacious and clean. the staff, the hotel rooms and the best of all was that delicious food in the restaurant called steakhouse. it was just amazing. big big compliment to the owners! We will go again this winter-thats for sure! thanks a lot for that nice hospitality!

i just loved the hotel and the friendly staff and owners. planing to go back there in month or two, and of course zermatt is just beautifull, best ski resort in the world
