I was advised to stay in this Hotel by a friend when visiting Lugano. The ambience was stunning, the paintings on the walls were just to impressive, even the wash room doors were exotically painted, the service was impeccable room very well maintained and attention and care of guests just very very good.

Staff was very friendly and the hotel is beautiful. Was only there one night but would like to come back soon. Stayed in the residence portion and the room was very big even by US standards. For Europe it was huge with a step down from the bedroom area into a sunken living room and nice deck.
