There was actually nothing one can fault. Everything met or exceeded expectation. The hotel condition is excellenet, the staff are extremely helpful, and everthing else was just perfect. I have never stayed at its competitors in St Moritz but having stayed at the Carlton once I wouldnt think twice about staying there again on my next visit
