We have used this hotel before, last year again we were not disappointed, still the same friendly, helpful staff. great restaurants, clean room very large and spacious, great location for the ski bus and or your train to another ski run, or just for a wander about the town. We will be back and would recommend.

Strategic location in the centre of Gstaad, parking convenient in front of the Entrance. Stylish room with good amenities, wifi everywhere. Good cuisine but overrated, staff very friendly but not always efficient and proactive. Would stay there again anytime.

This hotel is great value and is in a great location. Very nice rooms and fair price. Some of the. Newer rooms are seriously nice. The hotel has a pool which I haven't seen but am told it's nice. The restaurant is typical Swiss. Good edible food at not too high prices. The staff are also extremely nice and helpful.

Very unflexible and not very solution oriented staff, even when our reservation was confirmed weeks in advance. Shame since the facilities, location and restaurant are good. Then, we were very dissapointed how management treated us, as we were told that they were not a Youth hostel... So if you are a young family with small children, beware.

Very nice spacious room . On the main road ( Pedestrian street of Gstaad ) . Very cheerful receptionist and super nice staff . The only negative side is the closeness of the train station which could be noisy at times .
