Great location a few minutes walk from the station. Wonderful service from the attractive reception staff. Loved the room, though don't know what the reception staff were trying to say by putting us in the Ai No Corrida room.

Jean Nouvel's creation in Lucerne. Perfect service, lots of small attentions and details, all is made to make your stay a true experience. I can only recommend for a stay in this beautiful city. While laying on the bed, don't forget to look up at the ceiling!
