We spent 2 nights in the very large family room on the top floor, with a balcony and great views over Luzern and up to the mountains. Not all rooms have this view, so we felt lucky. Ibis styles used to be all seasons hotels, they have been revamped into bright family friendly hotels. Our Family loved this Hotel. They have a play area for kids whilst you surf the net for free whilst being able to kerp your eye on them. Wifi is free throughout too. Coffee is free 24hrs and is pretty decent stuff too.... More

A new built property, this place is modern design & color theme in decoration which looks quite attractive. The staff is courteous, breakfast is good (if u dont get late & its not finished). The location is good. & most importantly, Hotel provides free wifi access in rooms, for as many devices you have. Overall a very good experience.

Excellent location, very nice service (the Portuguese person in the reception was very helpful, showing the key attactions of the city in a map to us and recommending good restaurants). We had a family room with 2 double beds for children and us parents. Clean, quiet, not too cramped, free wifi. Close to city centre so you do not need public transport. Good value for money for Swiss prices.
