Three of us stayed here fir one week half board in June 2013 and this is our review. The good 1. The views from the rooms looking out to Lake Lucerne and Mount Pilatus are fabulous. 2. The food both at breakfast and dinner is excellent. Great choice for breakfast from hot food to continental. And superb dishes at night...... More

“Paradise Previewed!”

Been here in early May on our Honeymoon... Staff was extremely warm and helpful with the bunch of queries we had about getting around the place...they even upgraded us to the Lake View room... trust me i dropped my bags the minute i pulled the curtains away!! It was the perfect setting for the two nights we stayed at Lucerne!!... More

“Not bad, not phantastic”

This hotel is a outside of Lucerne and during the day on weekdays travel into the city is VERY slow. Bus stop right outside the hotel highly recommended for trips downtown. We stayed at this hotel for one night during a motorcycle touring trip to Italy in May, 2013. This is a lovely hotel, with stunning views over the lake and mountains. The staff very friendly & helpful. Our room was spotless, reasonable size with a walk-in wardrobe area and good ensuite. “excellent stay”

Worth the price. Very neat room with awesome lake view balcony. Breakfast was good especially the oats porridge still stuck in our tastebuds. Great service at the restaurant (womans power). People at the reception are very kind. Certainly will return with full family. Sunset bar has got a great location hope I can enjoy next time

We stayed here for two days on our way through to Italy. It is very beautiful with the best views of the lake you could ask for from the lake view rooms. “Lovely location, nice place to stay”

The hotel is by the lake and if you want, request for a lake facing room. You will love the view. If you are not driving then from the Bahnhof (train station) take Bus 24 to reach the hotel easily. Rooms are nice and even though the lake facing rooms are right on the road, there is barely any noise.... More

“Enjoyable trip”

We stayed here with our grandparents and had a great time! Staff were very pleasant and attentive. The views were beautiful and our upgrade to lake view was much appreciated! The free parking was also very convenient!
