The rooms urgently need updating and proper cleaning. The porter who took my suitcase up was charming and very friendly - the only good thing about it. I thought I might electrocute myself using the hairdryer. Shabby, dark rooms. VERY overpriced

This is a small, quaint hotel. It is older and does have older features so it isn't for everybody. What attracts me to it is the perfect location. You are surrounded by stores, restaurants and close to the lake. Front desk staff are friendly.

In geneva for a couple of days and this hotel ticks the boxes. Switzerland is expensive these days, so on a relative basis it was good value given its location. Free wifi, good continental breakfast and pretty quiet meant a decent place to stay. Would stay again.

The hotel is very centrally located and has an imposing facade and appearance from the street. Step inside and it actually feels a little smaller.
