Truly amazing experience. Have never seen such excellent service. Don't ignore the pillow menu, it's something you'll never see anywhere else. Cherry stones is the best. Beware, that wifi costs 25 CHF a day. More

I would recommend the hotel both for business and tourism. The location is perfect, service is very good, the rooms are big and comfortable. More

I had to leave for an event just an hour after check in, and needed urgent pressing service. The receptionist showed me to the room, tok my stuff there, and immediately took away my dress. Just 30 minutes later my dress was brought back, looking perfect. First impression was great. There was a personalized welcome letter on the table. About... More

Picky laments or justification to look for another accommodation in Geneva? I suppose I could put my laments, and lauds, in categories. Some are annoyances some are legitimate " off the charters" for any hotel, even starless ones at bargain basement prices. Here is a summary, and I’ll start with the negatives because that is what I like to read... More

This turned out to be one of the most romantic stays of our trip of 2011. We got a river view room and could see the snow and the lovely snow covered trees. We also got a view of Geneva across the river. The hotel staff is very courteous and on ordering room service one gets a great butler (type)... More

The hotel is very central, just a 5 minute walk to the city center which i would regularly visit in the evenings. The hotel is very comfortable with a beautiful view of the river Rhone. We love Mandarin Oriental (just look at past reviews) and this one did not disappoint. We arrived around 1030am on a Friday. The room was available within 5 minutes of checking in (we had informed them we would arrive early and it was a nice bonus to have a room before normal check in time). The hotel was renovated over...
