I staied at the Basel Hotel to attend a one week training. The room was clean and the staff hearty. The hotel is really in the center of Basel and next to a tram stop. I also used the internal car parking and my car has been managed by a chauffeur service. Hotel recommended

we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. the hotel is at a great location to explore the town by foot or using public transport, but still our room was very quiet. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and they provided all we needed for our stay with our 18-months old.

I arrived earlier than expected. The hotel staff asked if I could wait 15 mins and they would have the room ready. And they did! I was impressed. This is a great hotel. Always great service and the location is the best. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff goes beyond in accommodating all requests. Very clean.
