This is a great hotel in a fantastic location in Assisi. We stayed in the family room which was a good size and spotlessly clean. The owner is a lovely lady and the breakfast was excellent. We would definitely recommend Hotel Properzio.

The location is prominent; ~100m from the Basilica of St. Francis and is close to other main attractions in Assisi. The room is clean and standard. The landlady is nice and helpful. Breakfast is standard continental type. If you look for a cozy place to stay, this is a good choice. Nothing to complain.

If you wanna stay in a familiar atmosphere that is the place for you. Cleanliness, friendliness and the smartest general managere I have ever met: Roberta. The breakfast with soft fruit filled croissants is superb. Kinliness is everywhere. After many months I was able to sleep in a very quite environment.

Stayed here with friends for the Feast of St Francis. Really enjoyed the stay and the hospitality of the hotel staff. The rooms are simple and comfortable. The hotel is just up the street from the Basilica of San Francesco. I would stay here again for sure.

We stayed there only one night and with great pleasure would come back. The rooms are a little old fashioned but comfortable, clean and fairly spacious. The perfect location in the center of the old Assisi, just few steps to the Papal Basilica of St Francis. The staff very, very fieindly, creating home atmosphere. Abundant breakfast.
