This is a great hotel with a very welcoming staff. Probably the best location in Assisi, right next to the church of st.Francis. The view from the terrace is stunning, especially at sunsite! This is a historic hotel so don't expect ultra modern. Princes and princesses have stayed here!

We stayed here last week in two rooms and had a wonderful time. Drinks at sunset on the lovely balcony, great views from our nice room with tasteful furnishing and nice bathroom. No complaints at all. Good, quiet night's sleep, breakfast was fine.
