This hotel was clean and elegant. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were first class. We also enjoyed the company of Georgio, our bartender, each evening. He is definitely the best in Italy. This hotel had all the amenities you would want to have in a hotel. The neighborhood was beautiful with a short commute to the centro.

We spent 3 days here earlier in May. The property was spotless, very comfortable, and the service, specifically from Damiano, was excellent. We wholeheartedly recommend the property, and will stay here again on future visits to the Florence area.

We walked into the room and thought it looked nice at first glance. After spending the first night we figured out it wasn't anything that we would come back to. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, especially plumbing "Flush" Also the electric curtains had electrical wires hanging out of the wall and we couldn't operate them.... More
