Our rooms were booked and paid for almost one year in advance. Upon arrival, we discovered that this hotel had re-sold our rooms and had booked our group in 3 different extremely inferior hotels. While we had made and paid for 5 rooms in Nov 2009, when we arrived at the hotel they had sold our rooms to others. They said when we hadn't arrived by 3 PM, they thought we weren't coming.
