We arrived around 20:00, but had to be sent numerous emails to how to find out how to enter our room. The owner was very nice, but only there from 9:00 - 18:00. Our last night was horrid because others were loud until 1:45. The heat had no control, burning us up. The Wi-Fi didn't always reach our room.

For a very comfortable stay at a comfortable price! Its just 2 blocks from central train station, and 5 min walk from the Duomo and at a max of 15 min walk from all the beautiful florence attractions. The rooms were very clean and the service from Francesco and Danny were excelent!

Three adults we stayed in a triple. A five to 10 min walk from the train station. Francesco is a great host, very friendly and very helpful. We stayed here for two nights in October. The service was fantastic. They were very helpful with all of our questions and even let us print out some tour vouchers that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, though the pillows were extremely hard. The location was perfect. It is centrally located to the main tourist attractions.
