Highly recommend this quaint old hotel right on Piazza Santa Maria Novella. Staff couldn't be more helpful. It is like stepping into the 15th century and puts you in the mood for Florence. It is only three star, but rooms good and breakfast adequate. Great coffee. Check out the ornate ceilings, unbelievable.
