Great hotel. A four stars no doubt.
We prepaid the room and arrived very late. Lady from front desk (Giada, very nice girl) gave us room keys, knew that we were tired and did not delay at all checkin. Breakfast was good , fresh products and attentive waiters. Rooms we a little bit small but hey, its italy!

Trip business to Florence and I slept at Palazzo Ognissanti Hotel. Price was more than ok for Florence (92,00 euro with breakfst and parking included). Room was clean and tiny, quite wide and bathroom was clean and full equipped. Nothing special anyway. Most important plus for this Hotel is however its location: 10 minutes walking distance from Duomo, Ponte Vecchio,...

The best thing is the location. It's close to a lot of touristic points and train station. The Palazzo, is quiet, confortable, the staff is helpfull. But don't expect a fancy place as the title "Palazzo"can suggest.

My family stayed in this hotel for one night in early September. It is centrally located so you easily walk to all the main sights of Florence. The hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet lovely. The staff is very friendly and extremely accommodating. We needed to book a last minute tour and they arranged everything for us. The most...

This hotel is centrally situated. The staff were very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Car parking in covered car park nearby. Good breakfasts. Rooms not large but well appointed. Air conditioning effective and not noisy.

Just returned from Florence and stayed four nights here. The Palazzo Ognissanti is five minutes from the station and 10-15 minutes from the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria.
I stayed in a single room which was quite small, but well designed and appointed. I had the impression that the whole hotel has recently been refurbished and everything was...
