My husband and I have rented several apartments in Florence during the past 10 years always for a month or more. We rented one of the top floor apartments in Palazzo Antellesi for 4 weeks in Jan/Feb 2012 and this was the best apartment and our favorite. We will return! The whole process from booking by email to the final... More

Our family of six--Mom, Dad and four kids--spent two wonderful weeks in the Donatello apartment in Palazzo Antellesi in Florence. It's a magnificent three bedroom, three bath, two level flat, with a well-appointed kitchen and elegantly decorated with all the amenities. Really stunning, yet very comfortable and livable. The location could not be better, right on the Piazza Santa Croce.... More

We have just concluded a month's stay in the Palazzo Antellesi in the Belvedere Apartment (3C) ...No. 21 Piazza Santa Croce. This was chosen because our apartment here in Florence was being renovated and we knew we would have an enjoyable stay without problems in this historic palazzo. The apartment we had was large with a full terrace and marble... More

My wife and I first rented a furnished apartment at Palazzo Antellesi in 1999. Since then we have returned five more times and have booked our apartment for next year. The bells of Santa Croce are ringing as I write these comments, and they remind me of what a privilege it is to be able to share the past from... More

Just returned from a stay at The Palazzo (January 2012). Huge airy apartment (Giotto) with windows overlooking the piazza. On the plus side there's lots of space and character and an easy walk to the main sights with a choice of neighbourhood eateries within a stone's throw and a supermarket and market five minutes walk away. The owners / managers... More

This apartment is fantastic. I went to Italy with a huge family and we only needed to rent two apartments! Lots of space and privacy. But we realized that one morning our heat was turned way up and the windows were wide open. Another morning my Aunt said she heard someone waking around. Then another night my cousins saw an... More

We recently spent three wonderful months at Palazzo Antellesi, and we relished every day and experience in Florence and in Tuscany. The apartment buidling, which was originally a family Palazzo dating from the 12th century, is centrally located in the historic district of this ancient city. Within comfortable walking distance are so many of the jewels of the artistic and... More

The Palazzo is historic with an interesting story regarding the frescos on the exterior and interior and the countess. The apartment was true to web pictures. We loved the location which was close to everything we... More
