I went the villa for the 10 days before my wedding, to relax with my fiance, my family and his and it was a fantastic family holiday. The villa is beautiful and very well renovated with an artsy touch. The views are stunning and Luca, the owner was a lovely, smiley and helpful host and gave us the privacy we... More

Luca's place is simply wonderful. This villa is pure, simple, real Italy. No frills, no extravagance. But more beautiful and peaceful than we ever could have expected. We stayed two weeks in Italy and our two nights at Luca's were, by far, the highlight. We arrived after dinnertime and were greeted by the housekeeper, who spoke little English but told... More

Yes this review is a little late, but better late than never. We stayed here in July 2010 for 3 nights and it was absolutely fabulous. We arrived late in the evening, after a lengthy drive from Pisa airport, hungry and tired. We were met by a very friendly host who recommended a place to eat and even called for... More

We stayed with 2 other couples for 3 nights, had a fantastic welcome and pure dinner the first evening at the open fire in the most beautifull hall you can imagine, enjoyed the best coffee in the mornings, and were charmed by the natural sympathie of Luca and Claudia. The last evening we had the great opportunity to join a... More

We spend our summer vacation on travelling through France and Italy. Terzo di Danciano was one of the first places we booked and we were not disappointed on arrival. The garden, house and views over the valley was so breathtaking that we found it hard to leave again. It will be difficult to find a more romantic and “classic Toscany”... More

We've had a fantastic holiday in this memorable B&B. We loved the house, the nature and the relaxed atmosfere. The place has been beautifully renovated (the internet site says it all) and the lady of the house works hard to give her guests a warm and welcome stay. I'm glad that we read the review of the Philadelphian couple as... More

Bottom line: do not fall for this place. They are good people, and they have restored a beautiful building in a beautiful manner. Our experience however would lead me to say that they are not cut out for running a B&B, it was simply one of his architecture projects. No signs no welcome no decent food for breakfast no hellos... We knew that Tuscany and Umbria was going to be fantastic, but what we didn’t know was how much we would remain impressed by the place where we stayed in Terzo di Danciano. The location of the house, the style of the rooms, the view over the valley, the breathtaking atmosphere of the place made our stay unforgettable. On top... More

We stayed a week in Rome, BELLISSIMO [ to consider the 'Terme di Diocleziano' near the Termini station], but demanding, the traffic etc. On our way back we stopped at Terzo di Danciano for some days and found ourselves to enjoy the silence, the stunning landscape, the delicious kitchen of Claudia, the kindness of Luca [the owners], their hospitality, the... We spent 4 nights at Terzo di Danciano and absolutely loved every minute of it. The B&B is gorgeous with a very spacious room. There's a swimming pool from which you have a great view over the hills. The couple running the place are very friendly and provide you with a delicious breakfast in the morning: real Italian coffee and... More
