It is definitely not a four star hotel. When it rained the water was in our room. We had to move two times. The receptionist staff was not too friendly. I just do not want to remember this vacation. We had to cut the trip short and came back home with a very bad impression of Sicily. More

Just returned from a 7-night stay at Arenella Resort. Stayed here as part of a tour around Sicily in June/July 2007. Arenella Resort is a large complex. Over 460 rooms, so don't expect small and friendly. Just returned from a week in Arenella Resort and all I can say is I want to be back there. Hotel staff couldn't do enough for you. Food was absolutely gorgeous and entertainment was great.
