the location is excellent for exploring Ortigia; the staff is very friendly and helpful; the facilities are spacious, clean and comfortable...I would definitely stay here again...there are many good ristorante within easy walking distance...the fresh squeezed orange juice at breakfast is excellent...

Nothing to say on the location, the politeness of the Hotel Staff and the rooms. The only downside is that being there is no sound insulation from noises generated inside the hotel while there is an excellent insulation from outside noises. Friendly hotel in the heart of the old city. No problem finding it or parking as one of the staff met us after a quick phone call and sorted things. Nice comfortable room up a narrow staircase or slow lift. Very good breakfast on the rooftop terrace

Very charm B&B in a good area. Great breakfast in a terrace, nice rooms - even though you can hear the other guests - and helpful staff.
