Nice hotel good location, rooms were of a good standard and similar to Hiltons around the world. Dinner in the restaraunt/bar not fantastic by any means. Breakfast superb as it should be at 15 euro extra per person.

Luxury and quality at its best. Fillipo is your gracious host and the staff is great. Great location and old world charm. Great value and right on libertad which is the finest street in Palermo. Staying for 5 nights and I wish longer. Don't miss this one. Le volte restaurant close by.

The hotel is in a very good location of Palermo. The exterior of the building is very nice. However, as soon as you enter the lobby you notice that the hotel needs a renovation. The actual place is OK - about what you would expect at these proces from Hilton. The service, though, was dreadful. Easy to get to by bus and conveniently located in Palermo. We vould walk to everything. Rooms were lovely and the hotels cleanliness shown. Staff was very helpful. Customer service was very good. Great place to stay.
