On the positive side, this hotel has a good central location and very helpful staff. On the negative side, the hotel is poorly furnished with absolutely no decorating in our junior suite. It's quite shabby and our first instinct was to move out. Its really a 2.5 star hotel at best.

Hotel has an excellent staff. Bus from airport stops almost in front. Easy walking to all historical sites in Palermo and auto rental locations. WiFi was fast and inexpensive. Rooms large and well appointed except for the steel legged chairs which could be noisy.
