We stayed at the end of May - very clean rooms, good breakfast, great location, fantastic hostess complete with advice on local recipes and transportation. A truly great location with regard to trattoria, restaurants, historic centre, train station - within a good budget. I would certainly go again! Very quiet rooms despite being in the centre.
