Cold shower at 8.30 am. Asking why at reception, I get the following answer: "There is not enough warm water for everybody but do not worry, there will be less guests tomorrow and you will be able to have hot water " I indeed had a hot shower the next day.

Location is excellent, inside historic center, close to all attractions and 10 minutes walking to train station.Breakfast is very good, but if you consider italian standards for breakfast ,is excellent with assoted breads, cheese, fruit, etc.Quiet room, no noise.Very friendly staff.Free internet.Room is big enough, with tea-coffee makers, safe.

Beautiful hotel just opposite the Santa Corona church (closed for renovation at the time). Everything worthwhile is within a few minutes walk. We had a cute and stylish room on the first floor with a separate living. Breakfast till 10 was great with all kinds of real natural produces like jams, cheeses, etc. Would definitely recommend.
