We wanted to like this hotel as we were planning to stay a couple of extra days in Verona and had a reservation here for the first night... Several things made us start looking for a new place as soon as we'd checked in: 1. The man at the front desk that 'greeted' us was so aloof and distant that... More

Hotel is located in the heart of Verona, which is almost close to everything. The bedroom was clean and romantic, but little small and not brighten enough. Also, there was a bad smell coming out of shower constantly!! :( There was no wi-fi connection into our room and I hope they will soon fix it!! The breakfast was good, but... More

The hotel is very near to the Arena and 10 minutes walk from main train station. Pros: location, my room was very silent and large enough. Cons: no free wifi, no Internet connection into the rooms. There are many broken accessories: windows, shower, wc fan (I travel with a screw driver for these "situations"). More

We stayed here for four nights and found the position suited all three of us - close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the Railway station as we travelled to Venice for a day trip. The breakfast was excellent and constantly replenished, The bedroom was very well appointed and very quiet - comfortable beds and great bathroom.... More

Hotel Mastino is a good base for a few days in Verona. It is within easy walking walking distance of the Arena and a short bus hop from the railway station. It is not a luxury hotel and its position next to and above the local McDonalds may put some travellers off but we were not kept awake by any... More

Hotel Mastino is just outside the porta vecchia! they offered us a small apartment for the special price of €140 inside the walls, but when we got there it was already taken. so the porter went back to get the keys to... We booked the La Loggia apartment for two nights last November and it was really the best value for money. We endend up paying slightly more the the regular room but were given an apartment large enough for two people and such a short stay. The apartment is in sight of the Adige River, very close to Piazza Bra, The... More

We arrived on a rainy afternoon and were told we'd be staying at an offsite facility. We couldn't have been more pleased. Our "suite" turned out to be a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen on a quiet street overlooking the river. The staff provided an extra bed for our daughter, and were friendly and helpful with all our... More
